School and academy management

A unified system for school management — from student and staff affairs to planning and daily operations.

Kyren Academy is developed both for school management and for private academy management — each will have its own dedicated edition.

  • Import from Sida

    Hand it the Sida file and every student comes across. Nobody types 480 names by hand.

  • Weekly timetable

    Odd and even weeks, workshop groups, and a separate A4 print per grade for the notice board.

  • Attendance

    Recorded period by period. At month end you can see which class and which student missed most.

FAQ

What people usually ask

Our records are on paper and in spreadsheets. Do we type them in by hand?
No. Hand us the spreadsheet, an export from your previous software, or even photos of your book — we do the data entry, at no extra cost, before handover. The first day you log in, your history is already there; you never start from an empty screen.
Where is our data stored?
On your own server — the one we set up in your name. No copy of your data is kept with us and we have no access to it. Whenever you want, the whole database is yours to take.
How are the SMS messages sent?
Messages go through Iranian SMS providers, delivered under your organization's own sender name, with a delivery report for every message.
Is the software complicated to use?
Current users are clinic receptionists and school deputies. Beyond the initial training, support stays available throughout your daily use.
How are updates delivered?
New versions install automatically on your system — with no action needed, you are always on the latest release and features.
How much does it cost?
